Bio: Dr. Afsaneh Mafi received bachelor degree in Iran University of Medical Sciences, master degree in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Ph.D. degree in Anatomical sciences in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Anatomical Sciences. Dr. mafi teaching activities largely focused on embryology, histology, stereology, immunohistochemistry, etc. Dr. Afsaneh Mafi research interests include investigation about effects of anti-inflammatory, antifibrosis and proliferative effects of PRP on autoimmune and viral hepatitis. In detail, using immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence techniques for detecting and localizing of proteins involved in signal transduction pathways and using stereology method for quantitating of cells involved in proliferation.
