Bio: Dr Muhammad Iqbal Hashmi is currently working as a Senior Lecturer in department of Food Science and Nutrition at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Kota Kinabalu,Malaysia.He persuved his M.sc Biochemistry in 1992 at University of Peshawar, Pakistan. He obtained his PhD in Chemistry at Universiti Malaysia Sabah,in 2002.His current Projects and Research Work is on Biological activity of polyphenol glycosides catalyzed by transglycosylation reaction of purified actinomycete cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase by using polyphenols derived from turmeric (Curcuma Longa).He has attended and presented many work in various international journals and conferences.
