Bio: Dr.Philipos Petros has more than 20 years of work experiences from Universities as teacher & Researcher, leader/director of a work unit for public institutions, Private and NGO sectors, of which more than 15 years devoted for Healthcare services, Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS mainstreaming programs and academic work for universities related engagements of teaching, research, curriculum design, planning, M&E, consultancy and community outreach services. Currently working as Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation of HIV/AIDS programs and Executive Committee member for Ethiopian Universities’ Partnership Forum. In addition. In this role, he is accountable for strategic and tactical planning, Monitoring and Evaluation as well as organizing consultative meetings, handling policy and strategy issues of the member universities in the areas of Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, Gender-based Violence, harassment, mainstreaming HIV/AIDS/SRH programs into the curriculum of Ethiopian Universities. He is graduated from Addis Ababa University with MA degree in Development Studies(Graduated in 2002 with CGPA 3.66/4.00); BA Degree in Sociology &Social Administration(2000) from Addis Ababa University, Diploma in Health Sciences from Jimma University and many international Training Certificates including TOT from Tanzania(Arusha), UK, The Netherlands, etc. He has more than 4 teaching materials widely distributed to all public and private universities in Ethiopia, more than 12 articles and related publications in peer reviewed journals, blind reviewed sources. He is an Editorial Board member and Reviewer for about 10 peer reviewed journals
