Bio:
Dr. Rana Muhammad Aadil got his Doctoral degree from South China University of Technology, China. During his Ph.D, he had received “Overseas PhD Scholarship from Chinese scholarship Council 2010-2014”. He participated as an organization committee member of 8th CIGR Section VI, International technical symposium “Advanced Food processing and quality management”, China. He also got several awards from graduate school of SCUT of “innovative paper certificate, and best student award from SCUT of the year 2014. He has published more than 13 research papers in recognized SCI impact factor journals. Recently, he joined as an Assistant Professor in a recognized institution at University of Agriculture, Pakistan. Currently his major research are focusing on non-thermal processing techniques (sonication, thermosonication, pulsed electric field, high pressure processing) of fruits and vegetables processing and preservation. Recently, he is doing a project regarding his research funded by Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, writing one chapter about non-thermal processing for a book.
