Sunil Pandey received B.Tech. degree in electronics engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad,India, M.Tech. degree in microelectronics systems and embedded technology from the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the PDPM-Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur. He has received various scholarships/awards in multiple categories. Recently, he visited Seoul, South Korea. For this, he received the DST (SERB) international travel grant for attending the conference held at Seoul, South Korea in year 2016. In year 2016, he also received scholarship from DEITY, Govt. Of India. However, in same year, he got the IEEE CAS scholarship for presenting research paper at University of Lisbon, Portugal. For PhD program, he got the scholarship from MHRD, Govt of India. During his research, he published more than 16 research papers in top notch journals and more than 12 Conference papers in USA, Portugal, South Korea and other parts of country. He has also received young scientist award and research fellowship from MP council of science and technology, Bhopal. Moreover, he has been a recipient of academic excellence award from principal for securing first position in High school. Apart from this, he was a visiting Professor at National Institute of Technology, Surat in the year 2015-16. Currently, he is working in Microprocessor Research Lab at Intel Corporation Bangalore. His current research of interest includes electrical biosensors, Digital CMOS design, Analog/RFIC design, Semiconductor devices, RF Front End design, RF Energy Harvesting, Analog Signal Processing.
